Manufacturing Facility Glow-Up Program
The PNM Manufacturing Facility Glow‑Up Program helps qualifying manufacturers determine how much of their electricity is used directly in the manufacturing process so they can apply for a Type 12 Nontaxable Transaction Certificate (NTTC) and stop paying gross receipts tax on that portion of their energy use. Through a coordinated process with a participating Trade Ally, PNM provides an on‑site NTTC assessment, basic documentation guidance, and the required Manufacturer’s Agreement, enabling customers to submit their NTTC application to the New Mexico Taxation & Revenue Department. Once approved, PNM stops collecting GRT on the eligible electricity, allowing manufacturers to reduce operating costs while also benefiting from available energy‑efficiency rebates. For next steps after the assessment, visit PNM.com/manufacturers.
Good Neighbor Fund
The PNM Good Neighbor Fund is a program that helps income-qualified New Mexico families pay their electric bills during times of hardship. The fund is supported by donations from PNM customers, employees, and shareholders, and has supported thousands of households across the state. You can make a meaningful impact by donating all or a portion of your Energy Efficiency Program incentive to the Good Neighbor Fund. Simply submit your energy efficiency project through PNM’s Business Energy Efficiency Program Online Application and choose to allocate all or a portion of your incentive to the Good Neighbor Fund. It’s a simple way to give back while supporting your sustainability goals.
