Here's How it Works

A participating equipment distributor sells an eligible piece of high-efficiency equipment to an eligible PNM commercial or industrial customer. The customer receives a “rebate” as a discount, instantly, at the time of purchase – and doesn’t have to complete any paperwork. PNM then pays the rebate directly to the equipment distributor.

You probably know that energy-efficient equipment saves energy and money, offers improved technology and is better for the environment. While the up-front purchase price of efficient equipment is usually higher, your cost is more than recouped over its lifetime. Here’s why replacing aging, inefficient equipment with high-efficiency alternatives is the smart choice:

The Distributor Discount Program includes heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and food service equipment.
