What is the Quick Saver program?

Quick Saver-approved contractors handle all paperwork, cutting the hassle factor for customers.

In many cases a significant part of the project cost is covered (even up to 100%) making improved efficiency more affordable.

PNM pays the rebate to the contractor up front, making it quick and easy for you.

For most projects, utility savings will payback your out-of-pocket cost in less than one year.

How do I get started?

1) Determine if you qualify.

Business accounts with peak demand of 100 kW or less during the previous 12 months qualify. Not sure of your peak demand? Review your account usage history online at My PNM. Sign in as a returning user. New users: select “I'm a new user: help me enroll” to get started.

2) Contact an approved PNM Quick Saver Program contractor to schedule an energy efficiency evaluation at your place of business. For a list of qualified Program contractors, click here.*

The Quick Saver-approved contractor will provide an on-site evaluation and a written proposal for the energy efficiency equipment upgrades your facility qualifies for. This is a contract which requires your review and signature.
Your costs for the project will be clearly defined, with payment due at project completion. The balance of the project cost is paid to the contractor by PNM.
To protect you further, the PNM Quick Saver Program may conduct pre- and post-inspections to ensure the equipment meets energy efficiency specifications and that it is installed properly.
The contractor handles all of the paperwork.

ENERGY STAR beverage vending machine
Beverage vending machine controller
Plug load occupancy sensor

Can I participate in other PNM energy efficiency programs?

Yes. Customers participating in the Quick Saver Program are still eligible for other rebates in the New Construction and Retrofit Rebates program. If your project includes upgrades that are not in the Quick Saver Program, find out more about New Construction and Retrofit Rebates.
