This is the rebate application for New Construction and Retrofit rebate projects.

To participate in the program simply follow these steps:

1) Submit a Pre-notification application. (Select the Pre-notification box on the Applicant Information form.)

• Pre-notification is required for projects with de-lamping and fixture replacement, but strongly encouraged for all projects.

2) Install the eligible measures according to application specifications.

3) Submit a complete, signed application with all documentation.

4) Receive rebate 4-6 weeks following approval of final application.
