PNM offers rebates and services to electric customers to reduce the initial cost of energy efficiency improvements and shorten the investment payback period. The following PNM programs make it easier for businesses to increase energy efficiency and reduce long-term operating costs. These upgrades can also improve comfort and boost productivity.  

Quick Saver^TM Program
New and Easy Way for Small Business Accounts to Save

PNM is making it quick and easy for small business accounts to make upgrades that save energy and reduce electric bills with lighting and refrigeration retrofits.  Accounts whose monthly peak demand is 100 kW or less over the previous 12 months qualify.  Review your account usage history online at My PNM. New Construction Program
Building a More Efficient Facility?

PNM business customers can apply for incentives for implementing more efficient designs and for conducting enhanced building commissioning in new construction. Refer to the rebate applications for more information.

Improving Your Existing Facility?

PNM offers pre-set and custom incentives to business electric customers to install energy-efficient equipment in their existing facilities. The eligible measures are detailed in the rebate applications.
